He serves as President of Association of Contemporary Korean History as a history education professor with Gongju National University. He recently made a high school textbook, Korean History, published by Gyohaksa Publishing House raising a problem a left-leaning history education in Korea to send shock waves throughout the nation. As a co-representative of Action for Korea United and Citizen Association, he is proactively conducting social activities.

He regards ‘New Unification Sing-Along Movement’ in which civic organizations from the conservative camp and the progressive camp and seven major religious orders take part as the Korea’s largest national cooperation movement following Singanhoe Movement in the 1920s. He authored “Korea Taking the Path to Conservative Innovation” (2012) and is expected to publish “A Plan on Education in North Korea after Unification” (Oct. 2015).
