Dr. Wang’s international management experience includes serving as Chief Trade Representative for Quebec Government Office in Hong Kong and China, Director-Asia of SNC-Lavalin and Vice President for AMEC-Agra in Canada, both among the largest project management firms in the world. He had also worked as senior adviser to GE, Siemens, Alston, ABB, Westinghouse, and Mitsubishi for their China strategy and business development in China.Dr. Wang has published over 40 English and Chinese books and more than 100 articles and papers on global talents, education, Chinese entrepreneurs, Chinese returnees, Chinese MNCs and Chinese foreign investment.
