Every year, the International Young Leaders Assembly (IYLA) attracts more than a thousand university students, young professionals, and globally significant leaders over 10-days of interactive programs hosted at such prestigious institutions as the World Bank in Washington D.C. and the United Nations Headquarters in New York City. The annual program provides an opportunity for delegates to acquire first-hand experience in leadership, join a lasting global leadership network and build a platform to tackle current critical issues.
