Leap Hubs

Leap Hubs is a Leadership and Entrepreneurship program piloted in Kenya by the Global Peace Foundation since 2015. The initiative provides guidance and spaces for highly motivated students in Secondary, Technical, and Vocational Entrepreneurship Training Centers, Universities, and Colleges to explore and solve a pressing real-world problem with innovative ideas and learn what it takes to start and grow a business or set up a socia I enterprise.

Leap Hubs spaces, young entrepreneurs gain valuable skills on How to Start and Grow their Businesses or Solution through incubation and acceleration training.

In addition, youth keen to be employed are taken through employability and work readiness skills such as professional CV development, presentation for job interviews, job search, job interviews, and office etiquette. The Leap Hubs approach supports young innovators through a development boot camp followed by mentorship and coaching.

The Opportunity

Approximately 300 million youth worldwide are looking for work. Leap Hubs is a youth entrepreneurship and leadership initiative that strives to lower this number by empowering students to recognize an unmet needs in their communities and transform them into opportunities.
